Presence in Distance

About the project

“Presence in Distance” is an interactive, immersive audio experience that
lets you make your own audio soundscape “distances”. By connecting
sounds of two different chosen locations and hearing them mixed, one
on each ear, you can feel the unorthodox experience of “hearing
distance”.
Best experienced in a quiet personal space, it makes for a feeling in being
immersed in two, sound defined, locations at once.

The soundscapes were recorded by artists participating in the project.
Each of them choosing a sound location based on their own personal connection to it.
